I'm sure that watching the tragic aftermath of the flooding in Nepal has upset everyone around the globe, but no matter the continent, rich or poor, spiritually vibrant, or lazy and decadent, human suffering hits all of us in the same gut most everywhere.
Is it too abstract, or just too convenient, for some politicians to stay mum on the connection between the flooding in the Himalayas and the science behind climate change? Why such glacial action, when we can all see it, feel it, and die from it?
